How does it make you feel?

Dear George:

For the first time ever, I was ashamed of my country when you were re-elected. Based on your poor decisions on education, war, and the generally well being of this country, I believe that we would be better off without you.

I am a senior in high school, and i am planning on attending college. Having a college education is almost required for economic and career success in this country, so why would Mr. Bush want to ruin this chance for young Americans all over the country? He has let tuition shoot up to exorbitant amounts, causing students to take out loans that they will be paying of until they retire. "No Child Left Behind" is also a program killing public schools in my state and across the country. I am extremely fortunate to live in an area with good schools, but in cities like New Haven, as stated in a previous letter, the public schools are extremely burdened by this ineffective program.

I believe there is a back door draft. The army reserves have been over in Iraq way too long, and performing acts that they are not prepared to do. They do not have the required raining to perform the tasks that they are ordered to do. Many of the great men and women who have died where killed because of land mines or ambushes they where not trained to identify or prepare for properly. You has LIED to the American public, saying that there were weapons of mass destruction to be found in Iraq. Never did you say you were going in to take out Saddam. Saddam was a horrible leader that did horrific things to his people, and it was good to remove him from power, but why lie? What about Osama? Wasn't he the one that ordered the attacks on the pentagon and the WTC and killed and devastated thousands of people? That hit home for me, we lost parents and previous students of my high school that worked in the Twin Towers and lived in my town. But where is he? When will Osama be prosecuted for what he has done? Do you even care anymore? So whats on your hidden agenda now?

I can't wait when these four years are up, when the American public can get someone in office who can actually speak properly. I find it funny that the people who voted Kerry are from areas that are the smartest, richest people in America, and the only poor people that you are fooling George, is the bible thumping, uneducated people in all those red states. Citizens in the blue states have the highest SAT scores and IQ, they are from the richest and most successful places in the country, and yes, these people voted for Kerry.

How does that make you feel, Mr. Bush?

How does it make you feel that you couldn't even walk for your inauguration because there were so many protesters?

How does it make you feel that you are killing our future? That maybe my children won't know what the Alaskan Wilderness is, except that is a giant oil field?

When I found that you were re-elected, I started looking into schools overseas.

(they are much cheaper, by the way.)

Defined by one action

Dear George:

For the first time in nearly 20 years, I voted this November. I am very happy and relieved that you will be our President for the next four years. You have proven yourself to be an honest, reliable, dedicated president that has our best interests at heart. I think we all sleep better at night, knowing you are protecting us from all threats, foreign and domestic.

Other past presidents were defined by one action that happened during their term. Your term as President will NOT be defined as "MonicaGate", "Watergate","Iran-contra-gate", "BillyBeer-gate", etc. You will be known as the President who freed the Iraqi people, brought down satanic Saddam, comforter and protector of the American people after 9/11. There will be no impeachment hearings, no sweeping disgraceful family behavior under the rug,no deceitful under-handed deals with the enemy.

You are just an honest man, trying his best to do an honest job and protect your family and families across the U.S. from any threats.

God Bless you and God Bless America.
