Rove-designed speech

Dear George:

I just watched your well rehearsed, K.Rove-designed speech, delivered to an assured friendly audience(military). One that would be free of any outward showing of disagreement or protest. Of course this has been part of the Rove Charade all along. That is a whole letter of it's own though, and not the point I wish to make in this letter. I heard you tell those soldiers how noble they are, especially those who in the face of danger, reenlisted. You said nothing of those who you forced to serve longer than they agreed to, some of whom lost their lives or were seriously wounded after their tour of duty was over, but you (Commander-in- Chief) forced to stay!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

You say that serving in our military is the highest, most honorable profession any citizen can preform for our nation. Of course when it was your turn to be honorable there seems to be a lot of doubt about where, when, and even if you fulfilled your duties! One thing we do know for sure is that you never left the safety of our nations borders. You never got within a few thousand miles of an active battlefield! I also notice that even though many of our nations young women now serve and are dying in your glorious war, I do not see your twins serving in the highest, most honorable profession!

When I see them and the rest of the wealthiest citizens young adults patrolling the streets in Iraq, Afghanistan, or any other nation you might decide needs to be invaded for their own good. When I see that then I might believe that you believe in what you are doing, and that it is worth it! Until that day I see your statements for what they are, PROPAGANDA, meant to deceive us (citizens of U.S.) and the world. For what purpose I do not know for sure, but I do know when I've been lied to and deceived.

Goebbels said 'preach a lie loud enough and long enough(when you are a leader of a nation) and the majority will believe you because you are their leader!' If caught in a lie do not admit to it, continue the lie, enough people will believe you because you are their leader to make it credible. Glorify the military, start a war to protect the nation, then switch it to bringing the rest of the world a New World Order. If international organizations protest(League of Nations-United Nations)brand them as corrupt and tools of the enemy, then you can do as you please. Anyone who protests or disagrees either does not understand, are just to timid, or are on the side of the enemy. Sounds all too familiar!

Remember though, that only worked for awhile and the world caught on, and what looked so formidable eventually collapsed! Why? I believe because God punishes those who are greedy and bullies!
