Inauguration Day

Dear George:

Good morning Mr. President!! It's Inauguration Day! First let me say: Congratulations! I am so proud of you and for the nation on this auspicious occasion.. As a fleet reserve naval retiree I was so relieved for the sake of "Our Boys" upon your reelection. Through your entire campaign I echoed similar words to friends and neighbors when "election talk" became the topic of conversation. "Never change Commanders during conflict. Our boys deserve continuity!" Although it looks to be a cold one in Washington today - I hope the well-wishes from those of us that look on with pride today, and indeed an entire grateful nation, keep both you & your family warm. Again - Congratulations...
