Goodbye and good riddance

Hey, uhh,,,

Mr. President just doesn't seem appropriate for you George so I will just say “hey you”. Or maybe “hey Mr. Jester”, or “Mr. ha ha”. Or how about something befitting the coy little word butcher that’s ridden that cuteness right into the oval office. Oh well.

Anyways, Georgie consider this, the jig is up! We have had about enough of your ignorance and destruction. There's not one breath exhaled out of your mouth that doesn't have the political significance of it weighed into the equation. Every move you and your handler's make is geared with an eye on the next election where after you can wreak complete and utter havoc on the world and America as we know it. That Reagan guy was certainly a butcher in his day and I’m sure he died from his conscience overwhelming him, but I don't believe you have a conscience in you.

And that’s what is really scary to me. Giving you another 4 years in the white house is like giving rush Limbaugh a job on the Oxycontin assembly line. It's been said that monkeys will choose cocaine over food and water to the point of death. Well power is your new cocaine George. And we are the ones dying. It's the poor sods around the world and of course us fools back home in the ol' US of A!

George, have you gotten the point here yet? You are a contemptible, incompetent, foolhardy, hair triggered man with power that is completely oblivious not only in being able to use that power wisely but you don't even know that there IS a wise use of power. There has never been anything you have done Mr. Resident that hasn't been done for purely selfish purposes for you and the people you work for. Like I said before George, the jig is up.

We're done with you and you're ilk. WE are reclaiming OUR country and WE are going to hold YOU and your cronies responsible in the end. The hell with waiting for your creator to judge you George, that will be our job. When it all comes out in the wash this mansion of cards that has been allowed to flourish like a deadly mold through every open pore in the fabric of our society will be quashed permanently. The only good thing about you George is that you are SO reprehensible that we will NEVER EVER in our future forget what people like you and Nixon and Reagan have done to us. This time WE WILL NOT FORGET and WE will NOT let our children forget either!

Goodbye and good riddance.

reading the initial response to this, I have to first congratulate you on your apparent ability to use the internet (I hear its been a tough learning curve for people dumb enough to support Resident Bush), but I'd also like to remind you that now that you've mastered the art of "typing", you might want to review the art of "fractions". You say that a "majority" of americans support the president, we'll get to the current lack of support in a second, but let's first consider the 2000 election.

-> the total votes cast for bush came out to be 47.87% (http://www.fec.gov/pubrec/2000presgeresults.htm), and keep in mind that the total votes cast (105,405,100) was only 37.46% of the total US population in 2000 (http://www.census.gov/main/www/cen2000.html). Multiplying 37.46% times 47.87%, we find that only 17.93% of americans supported bush with their ballots.

whoops, that doesn't look like a majority, does it?

but, we already hear the crying about the "silent majority", so we'll go ahead and take a look at a current "gallup poll" found at http://gallup.com/poll/stateNation/ which shows that (do I need to explain to you how to read polls? Stare at it long enough and you'll get it) oh, dammit..bush's approval is 49%

    not a majority, buddy.

    Ann,
    Who mentioned a majority?
I don't think you read what you thought you read.

I agree completely with Mike from Wisconsin. Sure he feels a little strongly, but what sensible citizen who has seen the past election STOLEN by the bushies (delivered up by Jeb, another one waiting in the wings presumably),who has seen basic rights recinded through the deviously named "Patriot Act", who has had to watch as the foundation of world co-operation through the UN is replaced by a policy of "might makes right", who has realized that 30 yrs. of hard won environmental gains are being willfully wiped out and the country's natural resources sold off, or given, to friendly corporations would, who would not be somewhat upset!
All these previously unimaginabe assaults on the laws and values of our country at first left us open mouthed and agape, wondering what The Resident was doing and why the country was allowing it. Now there have been so many lies, stupidity, corruption and offenses against true democracy, that we are furious, enraged.
Mike, I sure hope you are right and that these arrogant jokers will be gotten rid of, that in their pressed suits and polished shoes they, Baby Bush, Rove, Rummy, Rice, even Powell stride off the stage and out of national consciousness. Maybe they'll all live together down there in Crawford,TX where they can can play Monopoly and Risk all day, and have fun. Mercifully, it will finally be harmless fun.

What? How full of it are you? His views are perect. Just because he disagrees with the President doesn't mean you need to complain about him. This has gone on long enough anyway.

I totally agree with Mike of Madison...those who made the snide remarks about him...WAKE UP!! Look at what is going on around you in the country...it's pathetic, sad, and needs to end! I say good riddance to Dubya too!
